Ronnie Fox has spent most of his adult life learning to cook barbecue, not the backyard variety but barbecue that can compete at any level competition.
Ronnie says he must have wasted hundreds of pounds of meat, on various smokers and grills of all descriptions. Barbecue is not as simple as putting meat on a $20,000 smoke pit.
“It takes the proper amount of rubs, marinades, smoke and love to make it all come together.” After years of trying to make it happen we’ve finally got it right!
